We will list your property on the most popular real estate search websites, multiple listing services (MLS), classifieds and social media sites where we have hundreds of followers for your property to be seen by thousands of prospect buyers and real estate agents in Puerto Rico, the United States and around the world, significantly increasing the chances of selling it quickly and at the best price.

3. Buyers

We will prequalify all potential buyers interested in your property before showing it to them to ensure they can buy it.

We will orient them on financing, cash purchases and the buying process.

We will show the property to all pre-qualified potential buyers and have Open Houses relieving you from the stress of having to show your property to strangers and non qualified buyers.

We also do co-broke, which means that hundreds of other brokers will be able to see your property with us and if any of them brings us the buyer we will split the commission with them with no additional cost to you.
4. Sale and closing

We will serve as intermediary in your negotiations with buyers, presenting offers and counter-offers.

We will provide the sales option contract to protect your rights and interests.

We will coordinate appointments with appraisers and inspections if requested.
